Sika Rustoff-100
Sika® Rustoff-100 is a single component liquid that removes rust and prevents further rusting of steel structures by providing a passivating coat.
Sika® Rustoff-100 removes rust and prevents further rusting of:
▪ New or old reinforcement steel in construction
▪ Embedded steel in repairable structures
Various steel structures like tanks, water pipelines, effluent pipelines, trusses, purlins, rafters etc.
▪ Ball bearings, valves, tools etc.
Ideal for protecting reinforcements with insufficient cover or in thin sections
Sika Rustop
Sika® Rustop is cement bound synthetic resin modified 2-component coating for corrosion protection on reinforcement and concrete. Ideally suited to rehabilitate
corroded reinforcement.

SikaTop Armatec-110 EpoCem
SikaTop® Armatec®-110 EpoCem® is a cementitious, epoxy resin modified 3-component coating material with corrosion inhibitor, used as bonding primer and reinforcement corrosion protection.
SikaTop®-Armatec 110 EpoCem® is anti-corrosion
coating for reinforcement steel:
For repairs to reinforced concrete where there is corrosion of the underlying reinforcement steel
▪ For the preventive protection of reinforcement steel
in thin reinforced concrete sections
▪ As bonding slurry for use on concrete, mortar or steel:
For repairs to concrete using SikaTop® patching and repair mortars

Sika FerroGard-903
Sika® FerroGard®-903 is a surface applied corrosion inhibitor, designed for use as an impregnation of steel reinforced concrete. It is designed to penetrate the surface and then to diffuse in vapor or liquid form to
the steel reinforcing bars embedded in the concrete.
Protection with Sika® FerroGard®-903 both delays the start of corrosion and reduces the corrosion rate. Corrosion protection with Sika® FerroGard®-903 increases the service and maintenance life cycles by up to 15 years when used as part of a complete Sika® Concrete Repair and Protection System.
