Structural Strengthening
To extend the longevity of the structure for many decades to come, structural strengthening is a safe, secure choice. Sika provides fully comprehensive, complete systems for all kinds of structural strengthening. Whether the requirement is to increase the bending, shear or seismic resistance, tested and proven Sika systems are available for use on reinforced concrete, steel, wood and masonry load-bearing structures.
Sika® CarboDur® S
Sika® CarboDur® plates are pultruded carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminates, designed for strengthening concrete, timber, masonry, steel and fibre reinforced polymer structures.
Sika® CarboDur® plates are bonded onto the structure as externally bonded reinforcement using Sikadur®-30 LP IN epoxy resin based adhesive for elevated temperatures during application and / or service.

SikaWrap®-301 C
SikaWrap®-301 C is a unidirectional woven carbon fibre fabric with high strengths, designed for installation using the dry or wet application process.
SikaWrap®-301 C may only be used by experienced
professionals.

SikaWrap®-601 C IN
Sikagard®-720 Epocem IN is a three part, epoxy modified cementitious, thixotropic, fine textured mortar for levelling and finishing of concrete, mortar or stone surfaces.
As a levelling layer over concrete and mortars in 1 – 3
mm on vertical or horizontal surfaces,
▪ Application in new works or damaged concrete repairs, in aggressive chemical environments
▪ Application over high moisture content substrates,
even green concrete
▪ As a Temporary Moisture Barrier (TMB) (min. 2 mm
thick) under Epoxy, Polyurethane and PMMA* resin
coatings requiring dry substrates, for a lasting solution.
▪ As a pore sealer for the re-profiling, smoothing and levelling of concrete surfaces
▪ In the food industry, as a levelling and smoothing layer for walls and covings, prior to the application of a
suitable Sika® epoxy or PUR finish
▪ Suitable for moisture control (Principle 2, method 2.3
of EN 1504-9)
▪ Suitable for restoration work (Principle 3, method 3.1 and 3.3 of EN 1504-9).

SikaWrap®-430 G
SikaWrap®-430 G is a unidirectional woven glass fibre fabric designed for installation using the dry or wet application process.
SikaWrap®-430 G may only be used by experienced professionals.

Sikadur 30 LP
Sikadur®-30 LP IN is a thixotropic, structural two part adhesive, based on a combination of epoxy resins and
especially designed for use at higher temperatures between +25°C and +55°C.

Sikadur®-330 IN
