Grouting & Anchoring
Grout is a composite material generally consisting of water, cement, and sand. It is typically used for filling voids under machines or other structural elements, sealing joints and openings in surfaces and reinforcing existing structures.
Sikadur®-55 LP IN
Sikadur®-55 LP IN is a two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin specifically formulated for dry or damp crack sealing. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions. Confirms to ASTM C881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class F.
- To repair cracks by injection in structural concrete in slabs, columns, beams, walls, foundations, etc.
- For surface treatment of cracks in interior and exterior slabs.
- For roof slabs, parking lots and structures exposed to
pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
Sikadur®-53 (UF)
Sikadur®-53 (UF) is a solvent-free, two part, moisture insensitive liquid, based on epoxy resin.
- Sikadur®-53 (UF) may only be used by experienced professionals.
- Sikadur®-53 (UF) is used as an injectable resin to seal damp, wet and submerged cracks by high pressure injection
- For adhesion of concrete and steel in damp and wet condition (by water displacement)
SikaGrout®-214 IN S
SikaGrout®-214 IN S is a cement based 1-component, ready to mix, non-shrink, ready to use, pourable and flowable, expanding engineering grout in dry powder form. It is widely used for precision grouting in engineering objects subjected to static and dynamic loads.
- To grout bearings, machine foundations, columns joints in precast construction etc.
- To grout anchors in concrete
- To grout cavities, gaps and voids in concrete
- To grout base plate of turbine, compressor, boilers, pumps and heavy machinery.

SikaPlast®-2001 NS
A liquid mid-range water-reducing cum water proofing concrete admixture with a powerful plasticizing effect. Also a substantial water reduction can be achieved to promote high ultimate strengths at the high dosage range.
SikaPlast®-2001 NS can be used for high quality concrete in difficult conditions such as: High temperature; long haul; ready mix concrete and wherever high quality dense concrete is required.

SikaGrout® VHS
SikaGrout® VHS is a non-shrink, cementitious precision grout powered by ViscoCrete technology. SikaGrout VHS is designed to achieve high early strength and exceptional ultimate strengths at a fluid consistency. It is non-metallic and contains no chlorides.
SikaGrout® VHS is ideal for many types of structural grouting applications where high early age and long term compressive strengths are required. It can be mixed to different stages of fluidity to produce the desired level of Workability. Add the required amount of
water for:- Trowel applied medium flow mortar. Pourable grout / Flowable grout.Typical applications for SikaGrout® VHS are:- Under machine foundations and base plates.Reinforcement ducts in the connection detail between precast columns and beams.
SikaGrout®-3200
SikaGrout®-3200 is a 1-part, cementitious, fast hardening free flowing grout which is shrinkage compensated and achieves high early and final strengths. Specifically designed for onshore steel wind tower structural filling of joints and under grouting base plates.

Sikadur®-42 IN is a three-component, high performance, high precision, low exothermic, pourable, solvent-free epoxy grouting system. For use at ambient temperatures between +10 °C to +35 °C.
