Structuctural Bonding
Rigid bonding is a traditional bonding method where adhesive is applied to the surface of substrates that are then pressed together, and after time the two objects are strong and rigidly fixed. The adhesive layer between the objects is thin and hard. Load, stress and movement are transferred directly. Rigid bonding is recommended when bonding very similar materials that are not subjected to cyclic stress. Typical rigid adhesives are hard epoxy as well as water or solvent based products.
Sikadur®-32 IN
Sikadur®-32 IN is a solvent-free, two component bonding agent, based on selected epoxy resins.
Sikadur®-32 IN may only be used by experienced professionals.
Sikadur®-32 IN provides a bond of far greater strength than the tensile strength of the concrete itself. Therefore it is suitable for use as a structural bonding agent

Sikadur®-53 (UF)
Sikadur®-53 (UF) is a solvent-free, two part, moisture insensitive liquid, based on epoxy resin.
Sikadur®-53 (UF) may only be used by experienced professionals.
- Sikadur®-53 (UF) is used as an injectable resin to seal damp, wet and submerged cracks by high pressure injection
- For adhesion of concrete and steel in damp and wet condition (by water displacement)
SikaGrout®-214 IN S
SikaGrout®-214 IN S is a cement based 1-component, ready to mix, non-shrink, ready to use, pourable and flowable, expanding engineering grout in dry powder form. It is widely used for precision grouting in engineering objects subjected to static and dynamic loads.
- To grout bearings, machine foundations, columns joints in precast construction etc.
- To grout anchors in concrete

Sikadur®-31 SBA S-02 IN
Sikadur®-31 SBA S-02 IN is a 2-part epoxy based moisture tolerant, thixotropic, solvent-free, structural adhesive especially formulated for segmental bridge construction. It has good squeezability, high initial strength gain, hardens without shrinkage and complies with many international and national standards such as FIP, ASTM etc. Application temperature range
+25 °C to +45 °C.
